Police are calling for the public’s help to identify a man found dead in a west Auckland waterway.
His body was discovered in the water near Edmonton Road in Henderson Saturday morning just before 10am.
He is described as tall, young, of heavy build, and possibly of Polynesian descent with black hair to below his ears.
The man was wearing blue jeans and a light-brown tartan shirt, brown boots, and a distinctive silver skull ring on his left hand.
Police are treating his death as unexplained and have launched an investigation.
