Simon Lee manages Glenaray Station, a 70,000-hectare sheep and beef farm in Northern Southland and delves into his innovative approach to looking after such a significant piece of land.

Inspired by Yana Hopman's 'The Lean Dairy Farm,' Lee has created a culture of continuous improvement with his 26-member team. 

He emphasises the importance of a positive work environment and team involvement. Lee also touches on the farm's recent Beef + Lamb NZ Field Day which showcased their advanced lamb finishing units and steel yards.
