That information is accessible with a click of a button, with the full breakdown of your average rating in the Uber app's Privacy Centre.

In the clip, the influencer explains that all you have to do is go into settings, then privacy and then privacy centre.
- In the privacy centre, swipe to the right and click on the "would you like to see a summary of how you use Uber" tile
- Scroll down to the “browse your data” section, tap on “View my ratings” to see the breakdown of your ratings
The Uber rating shows that receiving a full 5-star average is pretty hard to come by, with many surprised to have over 10 one-star ratings.
Uber NZ has shared five tips for passengers to keep their Uber rating intact.
- Firstly, make sure you're ready when your Uber arrives at your location.
- Secondly, leave the vehicle as you found it, taking any rubbish with you.
- Thirdly, always treat your driver and their vehicle with respect.
- Fourthly, close the door lightly to avoid deductions from the driver's rating. And lastly, a simple 'hello' and 'how are you?' goes a long way.
