The hotel that melts and is rebuilt every year...

Tucked away on the foothills of Europe’s alpine ranges, is one of the coolest hotels you’ve ever seen.

But every summer, it disappears...

For close to NZD$700 a night, you’ll get a room which is rebuilt every year, and a sleeping bag for a bed.

But you need only take one look at the photos to understand why people are forking out to sleep in these villages of igloos across Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

Managing director of Iglu Dorf Adrian Günter talks to Tova at 8.38am on Thursday morning.
