Boosting the Japanese economy by drinking booze

Young people turning away from alcohol is generally welcomed as a positive trend - but not in Japan. 

It's bad news for booze companies, and lucrative alcohol tax revenues, so the nation's youth are being encouraged to drink more and boost the economy.
