Hosted by Today FM’s Wilhelmina Shrimpton, and filmed by Video Production Editor Simon Morrow, the station has just announced the rollout of a new documentary series called Today FM Investigates.
The series due to launch on March 20, will take a deep dive into topical issues facing New Zealanders. From politics, justice and crime, to business and social issues, each episode will leave no stone unturned in getting to the crux of a story. The team will speak to real Kiwis and offer real solutions.
It follows the success of two documentaries last year - BEHIND THE RAIDS: Children at the Wheel, and HIGH AND DIE: The Fentanyl Problem.
“In a world full of soundbites, headlines and snackable content, it’s so important we’re still dedicating the time to give issues the justice they deserve. I can’t wait to do that with this series.” said host Wilhelmina Shrimpton.
The new documentary series will be available in both video and podcast format online and will be broadcast on-air on Today FM.
