Alps2Ocean Foods CEO Daniel Carson is the visionary behind the Mīti Beef Bar and joins Dom to delve into his revolutionary approach to sustainable nutrition. 

Combining 75% grass-fed beef with 23% honeydew honey, the protein-packed bars aim to address the bobby calf issue by utilising young dairy beef, reducing waste and promoting efficiency. 

Advertised as 'the world's lowest carbon meat snack', Carson further explains where the idea for the bar came from, it's journey from a concept to a real product and what the plans are for future endeavours.
