How bad is your screen time?

In the Today FM newsroom, we all probably use our phones a bit much, but we promise it's for work - not just to slack off.

According to the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, they say 'screen time at home should be limited to two hours or less a day' which equates to 14 hours a week

Now we know what we should be aiming for, let's have a look at how the newsroom is doing.

  • Rorie McGregor [Polly's producer] - 56hrs, 54mins (Rorie we are concerned)
  • Chris Reeder [Content director] - 43hrs, 12mins.
  • Grace Cocker [Morning news chief] - 41hrs,34mins.
  • Caitlin Ellis [Reporter] - 39hrs, 12 min.
  • Stefanie Gough [Marketing manager] - 35hrs,43mins.
  • Lloyd Burr [Host] - 31hrs,10mins.
  • Grady Connell [Digital content producer] - 30hrs,20mins.
  • Clare Gillson [Executive Assistant] - 24hrs,54min.
  • Oscar Jackson  [Digital content producer] - 15hrs,3mins.
  • Mark Richardson [Host] - 14hrs,11mins.
  • Hayley Jacobsen [Afternoon news cheif] - 8hrs,42min.
